Makua Lani Christian School is a fully accredited member of the Association of Christian Schools International
(www.acsi.org). Though the state of Hawaii no longer licenses private schools, we have in the past held a Hawaii
State License for Private Schools.
Makua Lani is a member of the Big Island Interscholastic Federation (BIIF), the Association of Christian Schools
International (ACSI), and the Hawaii Association of Independent Schools (HAIS).
Makua Lani is also affiliated with Kona Christian Academy, our sister school. KCA serves kindergarten through 7th
grade, while Makua Lani serves grades 8 through 12. Those interested in admissions for elementary or middle school
should contact KCA.
